About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager at eForteRep, you’ll be responsible for building strategic relationships with potential clients and driving business growth. Your role will focus on identifying market opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and nurturing high-value leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll collaborate with SDRs and Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop customized proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Lead discovery meetings and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Track performance and pipeline activity in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-driven, analytical, and strategic mindset
